We want our customers are satisfied with their orders. We’ll only change or refund your order if the ítem is defective or in bad condition within 15 days of purchase. To return or exchange, the product will have no signs of having been used. Returns / Exchanges must be accompanied by the original box or package and include the accessories that were delivered in the order. The product must be in the same condition which was delivered on the date of purchase. It is important that you contact us within 10 days from the date of purchase to inform us of your intention to return the product.
